Ms. Jacquail Green is a passionate and experienced school leader who most recently served as an Assistant Principal in Durham, North Carolina. In that role, she led key initiatives in instructional support, data-driven practices, and the implementation of the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework. Her leadership helped foster a strong, student-centered school culture and supported academic growth across all grade levels.
Now as Principal of Royal Elementary School, Ms. Green brings this wealth of experience, dedication, and vision to continue fostering a thriving, inclusive, and high-achieving learning environment. She is committed to building strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the broader community ensuring that every child at Royal Elementary has the support and opportunities needed to succeed and grow.

Mrs. Petrice Fox
Assistant Principal
Mrs. Fox brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as Assistant Principal. Before joining the Royal family, she served as a fifth-grade math teacher for eight years, during which she developed a strong commitment to fostering student success. Her core belief is that students thrive when provided with a safe, positive, and equitable learning environment. She is eager to collaborate with the students, staff, parents, and communities of Franklin County to support academic and personal growth. She earned a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Queens University of Charlotte, NC, and holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Fayetteville State University.
